I made this with Photoshop, and tried some realistic style other than cartoony/manga what I usually use.

Better than any *realistic* style I could do, but for some reason, his eyes don't seem to be looking in the same direction in the second one.  Maybe it's just me, though.

hmm try make the right eye a bit bigger about the same size as the other eye ^^
