Are you serious?  That's like when China announced a PS3 Portable but was just a handheld with built in old school games revamped...  So this has nothing to do with Nintendo?

This can go one of two ways.

1) It fails miserably, because the only people who buy it are either !@#$% retarded or find it to be a novelty, or
2) Nintendo rapes those motherfuckers right in the ass.
