But they are funny and they fit the game perfectly. It's going to be cool and unexpected as how they will come in =). Oh, and Lex, get that internet paid, and fast... I hit a sprite jackpot.

I tried your fabulous demonstration, and all the only words which come me at the head are: Excellent! Marvellous! Quite simply sublimates! FFV was sublime, also for FFV2. ;) :D

After being totally occupied for about a third of the year due to extracurricular activities (band/colorguard/homework/sitting on my ass) I have finally started to do some work on this game once again.

 It honestly hasnt progressed much so dont get your hopes up.  :'(

Celes_Cole and I have been working together to help this not die.
Out of the little that I have done, I have made a dungeon and the exterior of a city... My goals for the next demo is to have completed the city im working on, add in 2 characters, have fully added events, another dungeon, new weapons/magic, and a chance to see some villians and who they are and what they're about.
Here are a few things that can only slow me down right now: School, performances, laziness, and FF12.

Im gonna have some screenshots of the things I've added soon.  :tek:

Hey, looks good. I'm a big Final Fantasy fan, so I'm hoping this turns out well, don't need another X-2 afterall...

Where are you in FFXII? I got stuck for a while and stopped playing, so I'm just curious how far behind the world I am now.

Well now Im at some place called Giruvegan... its pretty much like 3/4s of the game I think. I love FF12 so much.

The first two are Ai and Yu. Twin heirs to the throne of Bal.
Next is the enigmatic Judges of Karnak, based on the Judges of FFT and FF12.
The last person is the villian hiding behind his evil mask.

Also, just so everyone knows... the demo is going to be taken down and be replaced by a trailer.
I feel its been out long enough and I dont want it getting around. Its kind of hard to explain what
I meen about it getting around but the 2nd demo will be up sometime in the future.

Nice screenshot. The Judges look great, although I'd make the contrast between the grey's bigger.
As for the villain sprite, I must say, it looks lovely. Excellent idea to only show one red eye.
Character portraits are pretty good as well.

Who's doing the sprite work for your project?

I do all the sprites myself and Celes_Cole makes the poses for me and any returning npcs like
the towns people get an enhancement.



And if anyone cares, I beat Final Fantasy XII last night lol  :tek:

Lucky you have Final Fantasy 12. I'd get one, but my brother has the PS2 at college. He's playing Final Fantasy 12 also right now.
