Discussion / Would appreciate a special Sprite Maker...

In school (gee, best place to come up with ideas) I imagined to have a sprite-animator, sorta working like Flash. You would be able to seperate a sprite in different parts of the body and then go to the next frame and move that arm a bit or that leg or whatever. Would make things way easier, and thinking about it in detail, it shouldn't be too hard if you're already well experienced in programming... What do you guys think?

I just read my favourite Ninty-mag, and I noticed that they're saying that Twilight Princess will be playable on GCN and Wii.

Alright, no big news.

Then they said that there will be TWO discs/games available. One for GCN, one for Wii. In other words if I'd buy the GCN-disc (because most likely I won't buy the Wii in the first place) I won't be able to use the Wii-controller-aspects when I insert it in a Wii (which I maaaaaaayyybeee buy later on)?

Two games? O_o Please not. Please tell me that my never-failing N-Zone-Magazine wrote !@#$%.

At first - I don't plan on making one, especially since I really suck at making online-games.

I think it should go like FSA (from what I can judge from the speedrun). It should be many levels, and whenever you mind to play, you'll start on the level that you've left at when you closed the game. You would then have to wait for three other players to join (or join yourself into other parties). And then the action may start.

... I fricking wish I could make online-games. >_<

But that sounds pretty simple, right? Anybody wants to make it? =D

Yeah, I came up with an idea at school today, when I was bored and wanted to play with my cell-phone. It popped in my mind for a reason I don't know that maybe you could make a game that  uses the camera. So you'll see what your cellphone's camera sees. If the camera sees outstanding places on the picture (like a bright spot on a dark background) it would create an object (enemy) there. You would have to move the crosshair on your display over that object and click to shoot. As the background moves, the object would stay at that certain bright spot. So it's kinda like an egoshooter in real life.

Do you get me? I'd love to see that, but I'm not sure if that is possible in Java...

I remember sawing MTV once, and they had some rare stuff showing. It was a video by Linkin Park, it was... I can't recall. It was about somebody (I think it turned out to be a girl at the end) running through a town, I think. And like... with spraying-cans and gas-masks and stuff, and she gets hunt and everything... and on top of it it was drawn! An animation, cartoon so to speak. Like "Breaking the habits".

So I'm searching the title to find the video (which I can find myself But I appreciate your help anyway. ).

Discussion / Credit - is it justified?

I was realizing that credits are probably one of the most useless and inefficientest things on our planet. We make things and await people to give credit to them "OR SO HELP THEM GOD". It's pointless, really. I only recommend people asking for credit, or for other people not claiming this work as their own.

What do you think? Is there any more need to try and kill people if they don't give credit?

Okay, before I forget everything, I write it down...
I had this dream today, yeah? I was dreaming that it was ZFGC-con (don't ask me what gave me the impression, it simply was), and we had fun, and stuff... and me and some people that I don't know were for some reason annoying an old filthy dude, and he got mad at us and we gave it a run... then we drove back with an american school-bus for some reason, (wherever this "back" was) and as we arrived, the front-door opened, a girl wanted to get out, and I saw on this huge place the crowd standing, but apart from everybody in the very center there was some hugh dude (everybody who is larger than me is hugh ) and well. He lifted his hand, hold a gun, pulled the trigger, and bam. The girl was dead. I somewhat hid in the bus (probably with some other people) but saw, how he shot most of the people on the place down, which was apparently an easy task... When he was done, he would put the gun on his head and shoot.
Somewhat later, I was mad because the newspaper wouldn't tell about such a big story.
Yeah, that's everything I could remember. Plus some short moments that I was seeing a flat, of that I thought it was ZServs room. WHYEVER.

Yeah, uh. That was my dream, I thought I should share it. Hm.

Easy.

This is a record of me playing SSB on my PC (Emulator). After some minutes I got used to the controls, and I (Fox in the game) defeated a level-9 Link. With relative easy moves. Of course I'm a pro at the game (if I might say), but nonetheless the video shall show how easy it is to get the idea and the controls of SSB.

Btw, I'm really bad, this time. I guess that's the effect of showing something... >_>; I was better before. Really.

And yeah, I was bored. >_>;
