The head looks a bit wierd, and one horn is facing wrong. Hes body could have been better but i like it as it is anyway.
And well... the paper was to small ><_><

Uhm, I've never really drawn something, at least this good. It is a really nice drawing. And I didn't see anything out of proportions. But then again a dragon is hard to draw out of proportion, because everyone has it's own image of dragons. The bottom line though is that is a good drawing.

Question: How did you get the scan to look this sharp, because if I try to scan something I get mostly a white image with some light grey scribble lines.

Increase contrast?

What I personally noticed is his eye looks a little weird and maybe a bit too small. I think the angle it's currently on is very bizarre.

Yah, i know. The head was hard to make since it was a while (about a year) since i drawed last time.
One horn is pointing wrong and the eye is too small.

I have a really good scanner, that might be the issue, when i scanned a normal A4 paper it turns out big like hell (Shown in attachment) It can see every little detail, impossible to hide something on the paper.
ALMOST thesize after i scanned it to the computer, it got downscaled becouse it was to big :S

Hehe, I know what you mean, but it all comes with practice! When drawing things, I tend to draw shapes as my base first. That way I can really map out the proportions and whatnot.

It's not bad. Although one thing that I often point out is when drawing something where you only draw the lineart and nothing else (no coloring, no shading), it's important to have a variety of thickness throughout the drawing (thin to thick, medium, thick to thin, thick to medium, etc), and also using various gradiants (light to dark, dark to light). If you do that well, then even though it's lineart, you can tell a person who sees it where the light source is, and help the image to look rounder/pop out more.

(Yes, I was bored/not wanting to write my essays...)
Obviously, the one on the left is drawn in one single shade of darkness and the same thickness of line whereas the one on the right has line variation and a little bit of gradiance. Also, it doesn't hurt to add minor details like adding texture to something, such as very lightly drawn scales in your case.

Oh and yes, that's a zombie mushroom on the right. O.o

Dragon looks buff, though his 'forearm' is bigger then his 'bicep'

Everyone imagine dragons different ways, there is no right or wrong way to do a dragon, they live in the fantasy.
And i like it this way :p

I agree with you, LTGH. When it comes to art, there are no boundaries (to an extent).
