[Solved] The perfect icon to use in my HUS

I found the perfect button for my HUD.  In Windows XP (Internet Exploreer, the back and forward buttons (the green ones with the arrows) would be perfect!

If anyone could remove the arrows from them, I'd be able to use them for the HUD.

Can someone do it?

Uhm, cant you just press Print Screen and cut the arrows out? O_o
