Infi, when you hover over a thumbnail on a project and it shows the large image, it goes underneath the ad to the right so the image isn't really visible, would be nice if it went on top of the ad instead =)

I decided it would be fun to remake some of the music from The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time using only my vocals.

You can listen to them here and download them if you want too

Depending on what people think, I may create some more, let me know which songs you'd like to hear done this way anyway.

Graphics Requests/Archive / [Solved] Panda Vector

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone to design me an image, either in Vector form (preferable), or Pixel / Bitmap, whichever.

If a bitmap image, it needs to be 150px by 150px or larger.

What I'd like, is a Panda, with a laptop under his arm (needs to clearly be a laptop), and maybe like a little bit of Bamboo in his mouth like he's chewing it.

If anyone can do this, it'd be muchly appreciated

let me know if you need to know anything else ^_^ (btw, how good was the last episode of lost!)

I had a file url with an apostrophe in it, and it stops the download link from working.. fix plx.

(it's replacing the ' with #039; (understandable, but that doesn't work in the address bar ))

Recruitment / $ Hiring Artist for Paid Job

Hi guys, don't know if anyone here would be interested, but I'm looking for someone to work with to design a website for me and my other half's business.

I've had an idea for how I want the site to be like, and it's all one big picture. I need someone who can create digital art, either vector or otherwise to create this picture.

I will be willing to pay said artist (although currently we are both broke, we can work something out with the artist), obviously depending on how long it takes them and quotes they might want to give.

Basically the idea is to have drawings of both my partner and I, semi-cartoon-like, lots of vibrant colours, stood upon a hill with the sun in the background and mountains and such. But the emphasis being on us, my girlfriend engulfed in cameras, a novelty sized crayon under one arm and a sketch book in the other. I would look semi geeky, wearing a shirt, but shorts and sandals, a laptop in one hand. Being semi-abstract, having kind of "beams" coming out of us, like our creativity shooting out, so on me, code, and maths and webdesign type things would be coming out, and for my partner, loads of colour and like polaroids and photography based things.

I created a really shitty sketch of my idea (couldn't sleep and had a brain wave), and here are some links to vector art I've seen that I really like;

Coding / Hackers / Crackers WANTED!

I wanted to create a clock in javascript that couldn't be hacked without know it... I've started, but I need some people to test it and let me know if they've found a way to heck it.

Basically you just have to try and get the timer to go to 0 before it should. You can use javascript injection or anything you like... just let me know if you get to it.

Well, although this isn't completed, I will never have the time to do so.

I had planned on selling it to an indie game developer, but I've decided to release all of the pieces under the GPL.

Well, yeah, I figured, we might as well have a myspace tag too right? I know Youtube is more popular for videos, but Myspace has some good ones too... and it's a good service for uploading your videos to.

I made a quick package for a myspace tag if you want to use it (it's attached).

It's used like the Youtube tag, like this:

Why does Literature have to go along with the "ideas"? ... Ideas pop about all the time... "a game in which you !@#$% on homeless people".. that's an idea.. why would my short story have to sit next to that topic? (I don't have a short story, I'm just making an example).

I don't understand what the problem with having a "projects" board is... and using that to post literature, games, video etc...

Ok well I want a good laptop, I reckon I can make like £400 from my PC, maybe more with monitor, speakers etc.

I need some advice as what to get, my budget is about £800 ($1,627 USD).

I'm looking to get something that is fast, large disk space, dvd burner is essential, dual core processor preferable.
I am considering getting a refurbished mac book, so don't just say "get a mac".

Some links to laptops would be great, and any help and advice welcome.

I presume that this isn't possible due to security issues, but I'm just wondering if there is anyway of somehow showing a file on the user's machine in an image tag.

Yes or No would suffice.
