I might, but it really depends on what you have in the platformer, quantity of levels, bosses, etc.
And I only use Game Maker 5.3a right now. xD

Clearly I am not the only one here that realises voice acting has gone down the drain. Don't try and tell people in a topic ABOUT the complaints to shut up. If you are just going to say "Oh get over it", then you just made a pointless post. Grats, hope you're proud.

I doubt they would actually say these things in battle though. Who cares about the voices anyway? There's no point whining like little !@#$% children. What's done is done and you can't do anything about it.

But we can talk about it.

Think back to all Nintendo big-game voice recordings... almost all of them suck. Sonic Heroes was pretty decent, but other than that...
well, MELEE, of course is amazing.
Watch: once Brawl comes out, everyone will forget the crappy sounds and be addicted to the gameplay. Lol.
Plus, you're not seeing it in-game. It may sound better. I forgot about that till now.

I'd prefer to make a nice playing unique Zelda game with variations. At least then people who are trying to make all these hard remakes would create a nice new masterpiece.

Well, the people who complete games such as this rip it back out the hole and sew it back together. HUZZAH!

But seriously, the only reason I went off like that is because I'm sick of reading all the put-downs and the "you'll never make it" 's. if someone has a want to do something, let them go for it. Don't try and stop him, or say it's nearly impossible. Don't put them down and just harass them. People don't need that on forums FFS. I see it as our job as ZFGC'ers to help promote anything that is a game, especially Zelda-based.

See, bertfallen used what most (note I said most) you other people lack: Respect.
I'm sure Subrosian will look at everything said in this topic and make his decision from there. After that, all we can do is support.

Think about it, you're saying he's not going to make it. Well, who else really finishes a complete legit game? It takes a lot of dedication. Just because some other idiots ruined your dreams of a OOT2D (or are those dreams ruined?) doesn't mean it's over. Grow up.

What exactly is the benefit of splitting your physical drive into smaller pieces? Does it make things more efficient? Or it just helps organize?

Why do you want them on different drives anyhow?

I was under the impression that if I were to just leave Windows XP by itself, SOME slowing downs would be a lot less frequent.

And why can't you just create a logical drive (as apposed to a physical one) to store your files on?

Unfortunately, I only understand computers to a certain point. >_>

Oh, also, I am giving it to a computer store owner. I'm worthless to help myself if I don't even have the XP CD.

Tomorrow I am going to get my computer wiped. I have 2 drives: One, the main 80 Gig C drive. Two, 40 Gig D drive.
I want to know when I go to get everything wiped completely clean, is there any difference if I was to load Windows XP onto my D drive instead of my C drive, if that's possible (I'm sure it is, you could probably just switch it)?
That way I would load Windows XP onto my D (40 gig) and store all my files on the 80 gig C harddrive.

But maybe one processes faster, or works better, than the other? My 40 gig was old, more than 3 years. The 80 is a newer harddrive.
OR should I just load XP onto the 80 and store all my files onto the 40? All I'm wondering is if I do any of this, if it will help my computer work faster.
