Aye, even before I left I noticed the behavior in terms of flaming and spamming was getting out of hand. I tend to be a total !@#$%, so when I say that behavior's getting out of hand... that's kinda a bad thing
Anyways, any time you're about to insult somebody, just... dont. I mean, small things are okay if you're goofing off with friends or if it's something minor, and you need to learn not to make things larger than they are. If I went to somebody randomly and called them an assclown, they have the right to be upset. But to blow things up and start throwing insults at me would be making them just as bad as I am.
Also, something does need to be done about Rent-a-Modding (something I noticed when I was a mod, particularly during the times when whats-his-face was doing the banana link crap.) Technically, if you reply to a post with "wrong board, mods please move" or "Dont flame other members, the mods will get mad", etc., you're just spamming. Report the post. From when I was a mod a couple weeks ago, I know from experience that the mods can easily see any reported posts and will take care of it as soon as possible. Leave the moderators to their jobs; let them tell a member that they posted in the wrong board rather than you posting.
