Honestly, this looks worthy of gameboy advance, or DS because it is really professional
send it to Nintendo, and ask what they think of it, when you're done (SERIOUSLY!)

EDIT: Do you do the coding in this project, or just the graphics?

This looks really wonderful. Congrats. Just please tell me that the "music" on the youtube video isn't the soundtrack as it will stop me playing it.

That would be sweet, except Twinsen is a character from "Little Big Adventure", published by EA and developed by Adeline Software International :P

I personally would LOVE to see this project get published; I think the characters fit the console world, and Taka's visual design skills have superbly developed over the years; making him a graphical powerhouse that needs to be in the industry... Its one of those things though where he may have to go through a bit of trouble trying to get it published though :s it all depends on if Adeline wants to either license out their characters or give them away completely

And yup, it's the same Twinsen from LBA, I've mentioned that pretty often.
I've also been in contact a little with frederick raynal (LBA creator) and he doesn't mind me using the characters, so getting it published in some form might be slightly possible perhaps

Okay, I'm really pushing to have the demo ready before xmas, but I'm ultimately pushing for before jan1st
It's crazy to think the first demo was out in 06 and I only planned a few months work with small tweaks and we'd release basically the same demo again.
It's almost to the point where it's about half of the first world of the game.

But in order to get the demo out this year, we'll be cutting out a few features, cutscenes are probably not gonna be included, the gameplay is the main focus and it will all be there.

So yeah, it's hopefully coming within 2 weeks

Nah, I'm not that crazy... I'd say don't push it at all, those who tell you to, tell them to go make a game like that.... unless it's Nintendo, in which case your screwed.
