Well, I decided to edit link into a more...classy style :P

Hats to big and should have rims at the bottum to make it look like a top hat. Also, give him a monocal.

Uh actually, the hat is perfect. I have one of these hats for last years halloween and its about 2 inches taller then my head. Good sprite. Its random, and I like it :)

I don't really like it.
1. The shrunken hat looks more natural
2. The hat should be a little less rnuded at the top.
3. Is he wearing a coat? If so,
Why does it go out, back in, and out again, and why is it short sleeved.
4. I don't like the color of the cane. Purple seems more of a "pimp" instead of classy color.
5. Why are his pants blue? In dress clothes the pants usually match the coat or shirt color.
Sorry if I seemed harsh. Just giving a few pointers on some shapes and colors to fix. Good job besides those details.
