From what I've read on the matter, there really is no difference. Uncircumsized males do require less lubrication but are more susceptible to infection. However, if you clean the foreskin, it's not a problem. It's more of a problem when you're a child and don't like bathing. Circumcision does not hinder masturbation and it is in fact found more attractive to women in the US. Around where I live, it seems the majority is circumcised. For the most part, the process occurs at birth unless otherwise requested by the parent. It can be done at anytime during life, and, for those complaining about not having a choice, there is a process to get the foreskin back. That I haven't looked into, but I know that it has to do with stretching the skin that is already there. I don't see why it's such a big issue. However, I'm in the US and I lack the ability to look at it from another cultures viewpoint as does everyone else here posting. So, before you freak out about approximately an inch of skin, try to understand that in the US, it's normal and we see nothing wrong with it. Same with those who have foreskin.
