Hardly. If I recall correctly, Bush in fact LOST the popular vote (as in, more people voted for the other party) but won through the number of seats his party acquired in the senate/congress.

I also see you've ignored what I said about civil rights and liberties... is that an admission that he did kinda mess things up there?
