I think it's already been aired in the US but in the UK on Channel 4 we're up to Episode 3 in Series 1.

Anybody watching/watched it?

I think it's really good. The bald vamp with the tatoos is really freaky though.

What a sexy man.

I watched Wanted today for the 2nd time and I just couldnt help noticing how hot he is.

So now I've started watching Shameless and it's actually rather good. Really good during the scenes with him in it.

I dont know what to get my boyfriend for Christmas ...
So far I've got him

- the durex 2 in 1 massage/lube stuff (for the massage purpose ofc)
- penguin soap

Random, I know, but it all makes sense.
I was thinking of buying lots of little things and then buying a stocking and putting them all in that, but then the only little things I can think of buying him arent really ... meaningful? I mean, they dont last long, you just use them and throw them away or whatever. I'd rather that amongst the little things I buy him to get him something which he can keep, something thoughtful.

But I have actually no idea of what. There is nothing he wants at the moment and the only thing he needs is money, but I'm not going to give him money.

And there's our 1 yr anniversary at the end of December.
One thing I was going to do for this is buy myself (lol) matching bra, knickers, suspenders and stockings to surprise him. Y'know, I'm only telling you guys[and occasional girl ...] this because I'm hoping you might be able to help me ::) But I'd obviosuly need to get him something else. Something not necessarily expensive, just meaningful.

Opinions?

Other Discussion / What's On Your Christmas Wishlist so far?
« on: November 24, 2008, 07:37:58 pm »
Christmas isnt that far away anymore, so what are you asking for from Santa?

So far I only have a list of books I'd like :P at the top is the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer - it may sound familiar, it's been turned into a film and I believe it is in cinemas in the US now (the UK has to wait til 9th December I think)

Apart from books what I'd really like/need is money. You can never have too much money.

But that's all I've got so far. After Christmas I might get a new laptop.

Was Mary really a virgin when she was pregnant with Jesus?

(Provided that you believe in the story.)

Trying to think of the name of a band/artist who I'm thinking of but cant remember!

Not around anymore (I dont think) they were around in the 90s I think, played on the radio and such

The frontman had long brown hair

and one of the songs contain lyrics which are something like "we could be, lifting, lifting, lifffffting"

Any ideas?

« on: November 17, 2008, 07:21:44 pm »
I could have sworn I made a topic about this before, but I cant find it.

But basically I saw it on Friday at my friends house.

HAHA! Obvs. low budget film. British people with Leeds accents (I think.) One girl sounded like she was putting on the accent - really badly.

And there was this funny gangster guy who said the funniest things. I thought it was meant to be scary (pffft!)

Oh and not to mention the huge porn scene ... although I guess what do you expect with a title like donkey punch.

I'd say it may be a bit crap but it's worth watching, simply cos it's funny and silly (though it's not meant to be)

Other Discussion / Smoking
« on: November 12, 2008, 07:11:27 pm »
What are your views on smoking? Consider these questions:
Do you think it acceptable/unacceptable? Why?
If you smoke, do you think/worry about the risks?
If you smoke, how did you start?
If you smoke, how often?
Do you know anybody who has died from a smoking-related disease?
Do you think the sale of cigarettes should be illegal? Why/not?
If you dont smoke, do you worry about second-hand smoke?
If you dont smoke, do people who smoke around you bother you?

« on: October 24, 2008, 04:10:32 pm »
If you were in love with a girl.
And she was going to get married to another guy.

Would you crash the wedding? XD
i.e. would you swoop in like Superman and yell "YOU CANT MARRY HIM! HE DOESNT LOVE YOU LIKE I DO!" ?

Other Discussion / Halloween top
« on: October 24, 2008, 04:03:51 pm »
I just ordered a top from boohoo.com which I can wear for Halloween.

It's a bit like a corset but with straps and it's midnight-ish blue colour.

Hopefully it will fit, otherwise I would have wasted £4 on p&p and also if it does fit I can wear it to other things too, because it looks like a nice top.

That's all I'm saying about my Halloween costume :P

It should arrive on Tuesday.

Does anybody know where I can purchase a BIG Cloverfield poster online?
Like, not a normal sized poster, a BIG floor-to-ceiling one? Do they even exist?

I have a friend who has a huge floor-to-ceiling Wanted poster in his room. I would ask him where he got it but he hasnt been on msn lately and nor have I seen him lately.

If you make any suggestions please consider
a) I live in England
b) I have already looked at Amazon, Play.com, AllPosters ...

It would be a great help if you could help thanks :D

Other Discussion / How to make a popular topic on ZFGC
« on: October 09, 2008, 05:24:25 pm »
Yeah another sex-related topic from me ... but I'm just curious XD

So, first question: Are guys as concerned about their virginity as girls are?

As far as I know, most girls tend to want to lose their virginity to someone "special". I'm not talking about waiting till marriage blah blah. As a guy, do/did you mind who you lost your virginity too? Do you ever regret losing it to the person (if you're not a virgin)? Do you ever think you lost your virginity too soon? Do you want to be "in love" before you lose your virginity (if you're a virgin)? If you're not a virgin, do you care who you have sex with now that you're not a virgin (as in, do you have to be "in love" with the person)?

2nd question: Would it bother you if you only ever had sex with one person throughout your entire life?

Like you spend your life with the person you lost your virginity to and you never had any sexual encounter with anybody else, would you regret not having experimented and had fun with others? Or would you be glad that there was only one person special enough to do that stuff with?

Other Discussion / Bad Dream Last Night
« on: September 30, 2008, 07:57:41 pm »
Last night I had one of the most awful dreams I think anyone could ever have.

I had a dream that a man shot members of my family and other good people (other good people who were my friends in the dream but dont actually exist irl) in front of me and I watched them die.

The worst part is, in the dream I dreamt that I hid behind my brother, (because there was nothing any of us could do) and my brother got shot and I woke up feeling so guilty because I had been so cowardly as to hide behind him and he had died instead of me.

Sometimes I feel like dreams have such a huge effect on the way I think, and especially this dream as it was so awful. But it's strange because we cant control what happens in our dreams or what we dream about.

Other Discussion / If you could change your personality
« on: September 27, 2008, 01:57:14 pm »
If you could change something about your personality, what would it be?

Myself, I would make myself more self-confident and more outgoing. I worry about the smallest things because I always think I'm gona screw up ... and I think that people think that I'm a boring person because I'm quite quiet, but I'm not really, and I'd just like to prove them wrong.

Other Discussion / I need some advice for my photography
« on: September 24, 2008, 09:39:48 am »
I'm stuck with ideas for what to do for my photography.
I have to choose a theme from this list (and I should have chosen one already) but I cant decide because I have no inspiration!

- Portrait in a box
- Lifestyle
- Manipulation
- Culture and Place
- Human Form
- Rhythm and Repetition

I was going to do rhythm and repitition, as I found some nice examples of other photographs which were nice for that, but then I realised that I actually had no idea what I could do myself.

I'll post later some of the pictures I took on my photography trip to Brighton.

An idea which I did have, was photographing people from behind, without showing their face, as a kind of mysterious way of taking people's portraits (I unintentionally did this in Brighton a couple of times which is where I got the idea) but it doesnt really fit into any of the themes :(

I was also kind of thinking maybe Culture & Place and just photographing different places or something, but the trouble with that is that I cant seem to find many specific photographers who do that.

Does anybody have some advice and/or thoughts? I'm kind of struggling a bit here and I'm running out of time :(
