So I walk down to Game Craze with 30 bucks in my pocket and a few games to trade in, and I had my mind set on GTACW for psp and DMC 1,2,3. So I get there after an hour of painful walking, to find that neither of my games were there. I got pissed. >:D I thought I'd take a look at the systems. I was thinking about the SNES or the Saturn, but they were much too expensive. Then the dreamcast caught my eye, so I walked up to the clerk and asked her how much it was. It was like, 25 BUCKS. I couldn't believe what I heard. I had wanted to get one since summer but never actually found one. I bought a VMU, Evolution, and Jet Grind Radio. They were both excellent games, with JGR being my favorite. For any Sega fans, this is a must buy. :)

Any game recommendations?

Phantasy Star Online is good, even though it can no longer be played online. I'm also a big fan of Crazy Taxi 1 and 2. Sonic Adventure games are good, if you're into those. But basically, yeah, Jet Grind F'in Radio. :D

Ikaruga, Crazy Taxi, Soul Caliber, Skies of Arcadia, Guilty Gear X, Soul Reaver (it's better on the Dreamcast), Sonic Adventure, Ecco the Dolphin, Rayman 2 (also better on the Dreamcast), Rez, Cosmic Smash, Bangai-O, Chu Chu Rocket, Jet Grind Radio, Phantasy Star Online, Shenmue, Street Fighter Alpha 3 (and the entire Street Fighter 3 series in case that's your thing, I prefer Alpha...), Sword of the Berserk...

Chaa... good stuff.  It also has RE: Code Veronica and House of the Dead, both popular games that I don't like that much.

If you're into finding sailors, there's Shenmue (which is actually pretty good).

Also some other good games, Chu Chu Rocket(already mentioned) is a great puzzler.
Also a good dungeon crawler: Evolution: Worlds of Sacred Device.

Evolution 2 is a good bit better than the first, so if you like that one, there's a good buy.  XD

Wrong =p It can, you just have to make it connect to a private server using a cheat disk and a downloaded save.

I can only really suggest Crazy Taxi, since it was about the only Dreamcast game I really enjoyed :x...

Thanks for the reccomendations. Sorry I haven't been on my friend got me Sonic Adventure 1+2 and I'm planning on getting Shenmue, Rez, Code Veronica, and Skies of Arcadia.

One more to get- Soul Reaver for DC... I haven't played it personally, but it's a far superior version than the PSX one; higher resolution textures and what not.

It is very muchly scrumptious on the Dreamcast.  Dreamy one might say.
