New Moderators

Hi All!

I just wanted to make a note that two new moderators have joined our forces. Shefail and Theforeshadower! Though TFS has been a mod in the past, much has changed since he was last around.

Anyway just a short announcement welcoming them both.

Swoftu, we weren't replaced for no reason.

Anyways, TFS was a good mod so I'm sure he will still be a good mod. As for Shefali, vegan mod! :O

They were removed in an effort to make the moderation system more smooth. There was some internal disagreement, while disagreement is welcomed, some can be disruptive and disallow moving forward. When people cannot mesh well, even with disagreement, the best thing to do is shuffle them around.

Ouch, as one of the first female mods and first female admin you deserve a kick in the balls for that lol I'm happy that they are putting another female in their team, our ovaries seem to make us at least a little less bias than your silly boy penises. >.>

^This is true; they do in fact have ovaries.

But yes, statistically speaking, women have made better mods <_< and we've only had a couple on at any given time >_>

Technically the circle jerk over femininity is biased and stupid.  The only thing that matters is that a moderator do their job; and statically administrators have been biased towards female moderators because they are female, thus punishing them would be a totally bad thing, while male moderators have worked harder and thus get fired more because there are more occasions for them to get fired.

While that in itself might be oversimplifying it all, the fact is it's hard to dislike a woman here.

Anyway, congratulations Shefali and Theforeshadower.  I hope that Shefali does alright in the uptake and Theforeshadower continues doing some of the contests he used to do.
