That's a good start but what style are you aiming for? Is it custom or an existing style like ALTTP or MC?

The MC tree tiles are awesome, and it'd be sweet (and yes, tons of work) to get them optimized for different shapes and sizes than a circle. Personally, I don't think square walls inside the tree are a bad thing, I think the wooden walls Spritonic's got are stellar and just being wooden is enough to make it feel like you're in a tree. Did the Deku tree in Ocarina of Time have square rooms? I feel like it did, but can't remember. It feels constructed instead of natural like the circular tree tiles, but I think it works well that way and the stone floors make sense then.

If we opt to have some of the dungeon outside I think it'd be cool to have a pond where you need to go across some of the giant lily pads, and there could be crumbling stone or wooden walls where the kokori village once stood.

It would be hard to do the tree tiles with corners and such.

For the crumbling stone structures, we could use some of the wind ruins stone walls from minish cap (unless you want to make the swamp have that? I was thinking the swamp to be more like in MM)

I can take a look at this later tonight.

Time to bring some life back to this topic with some pixel art.

I found this old gem from 2010 in a super old folder on my computer, it's a early wip on Deadpool from Marvel Comics. So I thought it could be cool to see how much better I've got at pixel art. I guess it's safe to say that I'm way better than 5 years ago haha

Just an FYI, the pictures you sent are corrupted. What I mean with corrupted it that they are not "clean", they have a lot of pixelated stuff going of that souldn´t be there.
That's because it's saved as a .JPG, to avoid that .PNG or .BMP is the way to go.

It's a good start but it looks more like bubbles than rocks and that is because of the highlights. The perspective in MC is 3/4, darker palette on the bottom and lighter as you go up. I did a reeeeeeally quick example on what I mean.

This is pretty neat! Did you create the sound design yourself? The vocoder-like sound and the bass guitar are both really neat. I like the overall composition and placement of the track.
Yes and thanks! I didn't thought this would get such good respons, it really means a lot guys.

This is something that I never thought I would ever do. As you guys know, I'm more into creating art like concept art, sprites and such but music is something that has been growing on me for quite some time. So yesterday, I spent the entire day to make this. I hope it's somewhat good since I'm a real noob when it comes to creating music.

I would like to hear what you guys think.

The title screen is sweet, well done! I can't really say anything good or bad about the entrance because of my lack of knowledge when it comes to this style. But I can see if I can take a better look at it and give you some feedback, if there is any!

A little bump with some progress! I've been busy with some other stuff but I got some major things done today, putty and a lot of sanding. The visor is the most vital part on the helmet and I need to put a lot of time on the sanding to make it as smooth and round as possible, it will then make the whole vacuum form process a lot easier.

This is the progress so far, there are still dents that I will fix but it's almost done!

I did another version of the entrance to the castle. Maybe this is something that can be used and if so, make sure to match the colors since the colors I used are from the original Minish Cap game.

I prefer Max's fountains but maybe with some other statues in the middle, it looks a bit more royal.
