Am I reading the statistics right? Is ZFGC more popular and more active than the DSR forums?

If so, I say "w00t" and then "Nyeh" in the face of all those ZFGC nay-sayers.

They have a lot more members, but I often dont see much difference in active members.

They have a barely higher record of "most online", but most times I've been there, there have been more people online at ZFGC. We've also had more new topics and posts than them this month, I think.

But I think that they have a different aproach to foruming. They probably don't hang around there for a while on the forums like we do but instead just visit and post in the topics they like then leave. ZFGC is closer to a live chat than DSR, if you understand what I mean.

Yeah, ZFGC feels like a giant IM community more than a forum, to be honest.

Yes, DSR is certainly bigger...and I guess for the timezone it might not be that busy...hmm.

I'm glad ZFGC returned, i didnt like the move too GA and the DSR, i wanna get myself banned of DSR but again i dunno wether doin that will affect my account here?

GA would've been great with more help and more experienced staff...

I find ZFGC to be better than DSR in everyway. True, merging with DSR was the only way to save GA, but I feel like DSR's influence degraded it. GA was basically ZFGC without this depressing blue skin (Maybe the other skins work right by now? I dunno... Too lazy to check), while DSR was... something different. ZFGC's pretty damn mature compared to DSR when it comes down to it. It's probably mostly due to our age in comparision to their age, but still. I know I've said a lot of you are immature and kids and all that !@#$% before... But realistically, I think you all are pretty damn mature. You're still behind LUE... That place is beyond words. However, LUE is a closed community (Just like ZFGC's a somewhat closed community due to it losing it's mainstream "hook", OoT 2D), and an older community than ZFGC at that, so it's no surprise that it'd be more mature... In all honesty, ZFGC's rapidly closing the gap... It took seeing a "real" forum like DSR to realise that...

Overall, I'd say good job to ZFGC for holding it all together, despite our questionable origins, and all the strange !@#$% we've had to go through to get where we are now.

DSR is ALWAYS really slow.  This forum's community is much stronger, and is VERY active, I <3 it.  Best Forum Evar!

Agree, what makes the difference is that ZFGC, has more people that likes fan games, and DSR has more people that likes DS >.<they might never chat or post, but they just go there to post about new DS >.<
eventhough, i prefer this place sine what I lake is fangaming not DS, since i don't own one...

You can't trully compare them.  They have different focuses and different forums.  I like the ZFGC community more, but anyone can like DSR's more spread-out content.

ZFGC forever though :)

but its rly zelda fan game central

DSR is boring and its skin hurts my eyes and the forums are boring and slow... ZFGC on the other hand is like a chat room and there are fan games for guests and former members to play =p
