I have to agree with Darklight, it is a cube and to symmetrical for a rock.

On the ramp part, the problem is that the grass goes over the rock surface instead of edging it. You derived those tiles by editing MC tiles. In MC they mostly use stairs or ladders for going up. There are three places I know of where they use ramps. In North Hyrule Field, Near Link's House and at the Lon Lon Ranch. I suggest you take a look at the rock surfaces there to see how you could make it a ramp.
