My favorite Zelda game is lttp because:
1. It took me a freakin long time!
2. Fun Dungeons and Bosses
3. Trinex, my favorite Zelda Boss
Even though I only rented it (then bought it years later (used) for the SNES) It still is my favorite Zelda game.

My second would be LA because:
1. My second Zelda game I got into
2. The Final Boss
3. My second GB game
I lost this when going on a trip from Florida to Texas, I rebought it years later.

My favorites are LttP, OoT, and LA. OoT Had the best story... I guess if I think about it it's the best elements of all of them, but I can't get enough of LttP, even to this day! There's something about it that makes me play it over and over, whether it be the GBA version or the original SNES version. It has so many unlockables, so much gameplay, so much... great stuff. Don't mind me... I'm just reminiscing! LA is sweet too! I love how it has those platforming elements. I misplaced the cart a while ago though, I've been looking for it lately but can't seem to find it. The ending was really good, too.

Really close to call, but I'm another weirdo who likes Zelda 2: AoL the best. I had seen Zelda 1 before but never really got into it until much later. Kind of a shame that I missed out when it was said to be such a classic. But Zelda 2 was the first I played, at my friend's place. I was so into it that I got my own copy and would call him up every time I found a new item. :D

But also I really liked the "fantasy" tone it was taking on, with the kinds of spells, items, and locations. Even the music fit the bill perfectly and is unlike the rest of the series. When Zelda 3 came out the series turned a bit more "comic" so I found that game hard to get into as well.

OOT is without a doubt the most epic of the 3D games so far, but I like Majora's Mask just a little bit more. It's so twisted and unconventional; fewer dungeons but more lateral questing, the freaky moon sequence, the recurring diminished melody, all that good stuff. Plus I think the graphics are even a bit more detailed than OOT. So Majora's Mask is my 2nd place.

Yes, the rest were clearly aiming for a sci-fi detective mystery ;)

What about "Faces of Evil"?
It's not a bad game... bet you've never even played it?

I dont know, ALTTP never interested me. I like the sprites but the game is way too hard. And I never gotten much further then a few dungeons in Dark World.

How could you vote TP as your favorite game? Sounds retarded to say something is your favorite and you've never even played it.

That's odd I won Alttp easily in one weekend before, and only died three times.

It would have been first first time, his first Zelda game, and he could have been very young at the time.
+ a weekend consists of 48 hours.
How much of them did you spend playing the game?
I mean you could complete a normal sized game like halo inbetween lunch and dinner on your first time playing it, nevermind a weekend solid after already being a skilled and experienced link.

Yeah, it did take me a long time the first time I played it. I think Lttp is a lot easier than Oot, though. I played Master Quest at about the same time, and I actually thought it was a bit hard. Lttp seemed ridiculously easy.

What is you Favourite Zelda Game
 LoZ = Legend of Zelda (original)
 AoL = Adventure of Link (not America Online :P)
 LttP = Link to the Past
 LA = Link's Awakening (not Los Angeles :P)
 OoT = Ocarina of Time
 MM = Majora's Mask
 OoS = Oracle of Seasons
 OoA = Oracle of Ages
 FS = Four Swords
 WW = Wind Waker
 FSA = Four Swords Adventures
 MM = normally Majora's Mask, but I think there was a mistake. I think he meant MC = Minish Cap.
 Soon to be TP = Twilight Princess
 Soon to be PH = Phantom Hourglass

I'm sure the second MM is a typo, it should say:
MC = The Minish Cap

Majora's Mask hands down.

- The darkest, weirdest, and most mysterious storyline in the entire game.

- A surreal world with some of the freakiest creatures you're likely to ever see.

- Awesome music.

- The best Zelda town EVER!

- Varied gameplay thanks to masks and clock system.

- Mind bending puzzles.

- AWESOME attention to detail. I notice something new everytime I play this game whether it be a character hiding somewhere at a particular time or a way an enemy reacts to you or it's environment.

- The main game isn't overlong like OOT (better replay imo) but the many sidequests make it just as deep.

Majora's Mask.
Reasons:
1. It was my first zelda game. (hey to be honest I didn't even know about the zelda seris until I saw Majora's mask on the store shelf) :-[
2. I love changing into link's different forms.
3. Storyline
4. I loved all the challanges including the time limit
5. The dark sense surronding the game
6. The cool 3-d label  :D
