I'll get that figured out in regards to permissions - my guess is that the permissions are set to local and not global (basically, members cannot due stuff or something or other). The tourney is the best of three matches (oh, you are right, sorry about that, goes to edit the rules to which was forgotten). At least that is what I thought Regulust wanted, no?
