I think is a very good contender, which does not need any change at all.



However I think it is to early to be accepting boss characters. I want to see what others might submit.

Although I am a fan of waiting for others to post, this guy here is just too badass and it lets us expand on the Sheikah story.  Therefore, it has my approval.  Gonna need more than just mine to move it over, though.

I'm firmly against accepting this as a boss so soon. I like it a lot, it's a solid idea with lots of advantages compared to... Having no boss. Is there any reason to accept a boss so soon, when we've only has one idea? We aren't anywhere near ready to start programming them or anything.

I have to agree, with Max. Just lock the topic and mark it as a contender for the bosses. And once we are ready we can select 4 bosses who are also balanced and make a progression in difficulty. I don't think accepting a single boss would be good.

I'm firmly against locking this thread. Let ZDude develop his idea or take further input. Rejection / Acceptance isn't an option at this time, though.

You know, I just thought of something and it's not related to this boss at all...but I REALLY like the idea of Link entering the temples with the intent of defeating the boss to help out the inhabitants, and then stealing the cog without their knowledge.

they people are all happy, next thing they know, they've been ninja'd and the temple collapses, or stops working or something of that nature. Then gthe temple's inside will have an altered layout(Like walls fallen down or higher flooded areas, or even rocks and objects bocking paths and holes in the floor. There could be electricuted water pools, lava falls, water falls, deep water, ice, and in some areas, new enemies appear, or sometimes the enemies will be completely different.)
