This happens quite often and I do not think a topic is really needed for it. Even if you contacted an administrator in private, I doubt that they could help, especially now that Kirby is out of the picture. I would suggest trying again later or reloading the page. That also does not work very often, but the things usually work out over time. You could also try PMing an active mod to see if he or she could deal with the problem you saw in a post.
