Midnight Theme Extras

I thought since the Midnight Theme is up and there are still some Kokiri Theme images in there, I thought I'd fix up some of those images for this theme. I have also modified the rank images as well since someone didn't finish the job doing it. I also did Online/Offline images if they are ever used again.

I already finished all the rank images >_>

Try refreshing.

I never got around to the rest but thanks. Also, why are some of the bottom ones duplicates? Like two ICQs and the Email is the same as the Website icon.

Fixed. One of them I had to reupload and the other I had to change the link for in the opening post.

You did finish the rank images but you still left the dark green border and the faint black from the text was still from the green background of the default rank images. I changed that so you can update to my fixed versions, or else.
