I imagine the reason this is being asked is because the item you use to change your own title is sold out. I wish I could answer the question, but I have no idea. I'm sure the other item will be restocked, however, so just save your rupees and be patient.

I believe the item will be restocked once the bugs are worked out of it and it actually does what it is supposed to.
