Deku Scrub Sprite - Need Help Identifying

I found this image (the one attached) in my hardrive and I don't know who made it or if it is an FSA Deku Scrub, or what. Can someone please confirm its idenity?

STEPS TO THE RIGHT DEKU...

1. go www.youtube.com
2. enter "deku scrub four sowrds" and select search
3. you find "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXYwYDqqJNQ" where the dekus are in front of the dark temple

Interesting. In that video they make you blow a hole in the north and south side of the building so you can move it over a pit so you can move across the pit. (Nintendo is crazy brilliant. Although their Deku's head looks too colerful and boko-like.)
