Heh, I've seen this video before. It has some really great moments, like the very beginning. The first time I saw it I couldn't stop watching; that's how funny it was.

I can understand breaking someone's window, but stealing panties... haha. I laughed. Seems like something that only a Japanese person would make reference to.

LTGH. I think his terrible Japanese speaking is so bad on purpose. Sometimes he lets it slip that he speaks far better English than he's pretending. Or this is a Japanese guy that speaks really good English or it is an English speaking guy putting up a Japanese accent.

Or he is a japanese guy that sometimes actualy make it sound good when he normaly speaks bad and hes talking like that for real. :O
