Can ZFGC be an addiction?

I do not know why....I get all worried or something when I do not log on to ZFGC at least
once a day.  Even more so when I've been on for over an hour and there are hardly any posts.
I feel the need to continue to come back everyday and it drives me nuts some times.lol
I know that I have to come everyday or so since I am the Head Director of ZFGCCP,but
I can't stop coming back...Even when I am at work.

Is this an addiction?

it's cos ZFGC is so crazy and fast-paced that you just have to keep checking back. If you don't check back hourly, ZFGC could have changed address, deleted your inactive account, merged with another forum, been hacked, had a riot, blown up, or found true love.

It's like a baby kid, you can't just leave it on it's own - you have to keep checking back on it to see it's ok.

Anyway, just call some friends and do stuff with them. I always forget about ZFGC when I'm with friends. (Not that I think a lot about it anyway, mind you)

It can be a mental addiction, just like anything else.
It only is addicting if you allow it to be.

I only use the word addiction when it relates to substances, due to how broadly the term can be used.  What you have is more like a lack of impulse control.
