EDIT - that sucked pretty bad. No offense, who includes them loading the game in for a trailer?
The game looked glitchy, the goomba's moved to fast
the giant goomba just stood there
the halo theme doesn't fit it.
The games not very glitchy, its the program i used to make the video. It takes up all the proccessing power of the PC, it took it too 100% so it made EVERYTHING go really slowly ( and you thought the goombas moved fast in the video ) , usually it doesnt even need to load.
Edit: All right. I realize how crappy the "battle engine" was, so I decided to fix that. The goombas now roam with gravity on no fixed path. They move much like Nario himself does. Also, after thinking for a while, a realized a way I could make it so when Nario jumps on the goomba, it will die, and will give nario a little jump. Im also gonna make it so only one fireball can be shot at a time.
Also the fireballs no longer travel off screen.
The Goombas have an actual animation when they walk! Finally, no more animationless moving.
The Goomba army (which you can see in the video) had no apparent challenge to it. So the now, all the Goombas, including the massive one, move slowly to the left as they become visible on screen.
