whats with the wierd stripy psudo lighting? It shifts and stuff when you move.
Is it my video card messing up?

Yea, It's probably an emulator issue or your graphics card. Try VisualBoyAdvanced if your not already using it or maybe even a different rom. If that doesn't work than it is probably your graphics card sorry to say. I had that issue with PJ64 and OoT on my old computer since my video card was majorly messed up it left out several textures all together.
