That was the original concept I came up with, and was the reason I didn't release Angler's right away. I was pretty conflicted on what I wanted to do with the water. Since those tiles were notoriously used for shallow water within lttp I decided against it. The ones I used felt more like the LA tile style it was replacing. They were also used within dungeons as water tiles, so it seemed acceptable to me.

Tried those too :), kinda looked weird. I just may use the original idea, if the ones I used look weird.

Hmmm, tis better.  Plus it's a one on one tile solution. Mind if I adopt it?

Do I mind?  I insist!  I mean, if you want to.

Do you need the animation for the deep water?

Yeah, I have to figure out how I'm going to arrange everything. Didn't include things like pillars, balls, and the like because they're interactive objects and not tiles. Although I did include crystal switches and pylons which I shouldn't have. Eventually when everything is complete I'll finalize everything.

This finishes this whole series. It was a fun lil project. All tilesets on the first post.

Damn I had almost forgotten about this project. Turtle Rock looks good.

Not really true. Now all that remains of the dungeons is the Windfish's Egg. It is not much of a dungeon, but a dungeon none the less.  :P

Then again you can also add the color dungeon from LA DX 8)

Glad to see this is finally finished! =D

Did you ever fully release all the GUI elements though? I've seen a few from screenshots and mockups.

If you had those, someone could make a full on game with all these resources!

Wow, it looks beautiful! Still need to fix the deal with the blue/red switches and pylons, though, but otherwise great-looking!

I was talking to my friend last night, and he was mentioning about how in 1980, he thought the internet would become this amazing place where people from across the world would share ideas. I was telling him about how this project [KOT] has worked, lurching along for years and drawn by different people from across the globe, and he thought it was beautiful. And he was right, it's awesome. :D
