Um, OK, well, your sprite's forehead is far too short, it doesn't allow for her proper haircut to really show right. As you can see from the picture, her hair goes up and then in a little to meet her hairline on the top fo her head, whereas yours goes staight to where the heairline would be if it kept going down to her forehead.
Also, the sprite's face is too wide and not angled enough. It also has virtually no chin.
The nose, also, is too thin, and doesn't grow wider near the bottom as it should, and does in the photo.
The lipstick goes to far out on the top lip before going down to meet the mouth.
And the eye, I believe, should be about a pixel taller (although I can see in the picture she's obviously making a bit of a face, I hope that my criticism is accurate)
Overall, it's quite nice, and Katja/Katsa/something is very pretty.
EDIT: Also the bangs on the left side (our left) look to short and too straight and smooth.
