DJ Timer - design

My brother composes songs, and he asked me to design a logo for him, so I did.

I like it's simplicity, that way I can always add some nice effects later. How's the design?

It looks like OJ Timer. Exaggerate the D a bit. Make the top and bottom lines overflow to the left.

That's pretty cool.  Having the J as the hands of a clock works perfectly, I would have never thought of doing that.

After reading the second post, yeah it could be read as "OJ".  I'd say that the easiest way to make it look more like a D would be to snip a bit of the bottom right corner off.

Lol would of been cool as OJ because you know... OJ Simpson? Yeah.

But now, its looks pretty TIGHT! I really like the letters, all square and stuff.

Er... glow looks pretty cheap. :P

But the design is fantastic, only thing you should do is make the length of the lower hand shorter. Clock hands are actually significantly shorter/longer than each other, and it'll make it look more like a J as well.
