Title: Good concept for a bad guy?
Post by: Zhello on March 18, 2010, 11:28:48 pm
Well I drew him better then I made him on ms paint.
He use to be a good kid, but he became infected by Okari when Link removed the seal.
After being infected he lost his mind and roams the fields mainly at night, due to his present, the villages and towns are forced to build gates and walls.  The only person who can stop this mindless wreck is Link.  The player is also given choice to save him or kill him.

gonna LTTP-ize him lol

What do you think?

Bad guy concept

Braizal:"Discedo vel fio quis Fio!"

name: Jeremy AKA Braizal <first victim of Okari>(might change name)
age: 9
Bio: I posted it here before
Ability: He can send bolts of shadows at you, also infect nearby monsters in to Twlit beasts at will.  His full ability to infect humans doesn't do anything unless the player is taking a long time to find and fight Brailzal, it that happens then it will be impossible to survive this fight.

So this is for fusion gate? I'm confused, what is okari? Is it a orm of twilight? He is good, but since when does the twilight turn people into wearwolf like creatures? He is a good concept an has a good cncept art but you need to provide his ALttP form. Also, how do you save him? What is the difference mainstream-wise wether you defeat him or free him?

glad you ask, well for starters Braizal, real name is Jeramey, was normal to begin with.  He plays in 2 areas in his village.  The main entrance of the village and its graveyard.  When Link receives the final Pendant, he must now go to remove Orsa's version of the Master Sword.  Upon leaving, Link met another young warrior, a 17-18 year old with light blue hair, he tells Link that he is on patrol of this village.  Later on Link and Gemmy made it to the Temple of Time to remove the Master Sword, the sword was drained of its sol, before they leave, Gemmy points over Link shoulder, revealing an in complete Okari standing behind him, it attempted to slash Link, but missed, breaking a wall in the temple also serving as an exit for both Link and Gemmy.  The monster didn't bother them any longer due to the sunlight out side the temple(if night he will chase you til dawn).

Days later, depending on the time, Jeramey  will be playing at the graveyard, alone.  Link isn't here, only the 17 year old warrior who is keeping a watch over Jeramey.  Jeramey  finally came to a grave, it is unknown if it is someone he knew that passed.  Out of nowhere, Okari appear.  It appears to be that Okari finds such a place as a resting area, Okari pick up Jeramey  and stared at him.  The warrior spotted the beast, and ran to it in order to save Jeramey.  The beast vanished and Jeramey  stated that he was okay.

Link returns, this time to find his friend Kevin at the Tavern.  As for Jeramey , he was gone.
Jeramey  was in the field far from his village.  He started to lose his mind and finally he is lost.  He is no longer Jeramey but now Braizal.

The pictures of Braizal:
first image: Shows him when he became Braizal
second image: When Link finally finds him, he is consumed in shadows.

How to save him:

My game is coded into an rpg/fable lol, so in order to save him, your Master Sword must not contain a sol count of 24 and up.  When fighting Braizal, you will be timed by an invisible counter.  If you take to long, the chances of saving him is high, to short, killing his human form and you will fight is other phase which is not suppose to come up, its call Hollow Braizal.

So the trick is to have a low item count of sols, and timing your fight with him.

From original story in 06:
Jeremy spoke to Link through the shadows of his hollow body, he tells Link that he is going to die to Braizal soon, in order to stop him, Link must literary kill him.  Hollow Braizal weakness was his cranium,  Link impales the Sol Sword into Braizal forehead, he then burst into shadows, upon death Jeremy can be seen then vanishes.
