Hey guys. I just found this forum, so this is an introduction as well. Nice to meet you. I'm Dream Mix on here, but my name is Justin. I have been making a Zelda Maker game for a couple of weeks now, and I'm really happy with what I've got so far, but I want to gather some ideas from you guys about what I should add that doesn't already exist in the Zelda formula. Please let me know what you are interested in. :)

Hi justin. Welcome and props for those impressive video's you've made.

A good zelda game has various puzzle mechanics and multiple rooms so my advice would be to plan out a long term strategy fairly early on for handling things like triggered doors, chest contents, maps and connected area's.

Pretty impressive I'd say so far~  The animations seem a bit off though (when the characters are on the second frame, when facing left and right, they're supposed to move down a pixel).  What sort of Zelda items and features are you intending to include?  The Roc's Feather and Cape would be nice~  Bottomless pits, lava, flippers C:.

I ran into your video recently too , but did not notice that you opened a thread in this forum :D

I really like this project, it can become widely popular.
As for the triggered objects, I suggest you to do that like Minecraft's redstone system. Like, you connect trigger events with wires.
