Guess-The-Cable

I got this cable with my laptop, but I'm clueless as to what it is. I was thinking a TV-In/Out cable. It didn't say on the box, and all the packet it came in told me that it was manufactured by Gigabyte and that it had been recycled four times. So, someone go tell me what it is...and I don't need any comments about how sexy my bed sheet or finger is :)

It's a component input cable, it should hook things like a DVD player, Xbox 360 or Wii up to your PC, the end without the blue, green and red inputs should plug into your graphics card or video card.  Hope that helps!

Is it two-way or something? The black, single end can plug iny laptop, but there is no way to plug the other end into my laptop. There is also a fourth hole thing that resembles this shape:
