Lost? How the heck do you get lost? :P I guess you COULD lose the races though.

In any case, read the readme! It tells you useful stuff on how to play the game (or changing the difficulty).

Edit: I made a fixed version that only records your score if you won. Link

I'll try to get Mamo to edit his post with this version instead of the other one, but its a really minor thing...

I've totally poured what I could of my soul into this game. The graphics hold a symbolic purpose to me, being that these were the graphics I made my first edition of Goron Racing (in RPG MAKER no less!) and that the Gameboy Zeldas were my favorite Zeldas to date. Those graphics are also very versatile and can adapt to anything you throw at it (provided you use them correctly). Seriously, try it out.

OSHI I forgot to mention that in Ocarina mode, you can press Backspace to quit playing the Ocarina.

Decent game, main change I would like to make is that tapping Z doesn't just pop you forward a few pixels, instead it would make you roll forward and slowly come to a stop, would just make the whole thing feel a lot smoother.

Two fingers on Z using right hand...left hand to use the arrows key...Alternate like a mutha !@#$% with your index finger and middle finger on the Z key...PRIMAGUIDE wouldn't figure that one out!  oooo let me try teh I

Whoa. That's a pretty cool setup...

But I wonder... is that good or bad? I designed the game in a way that if you know how to effectively use items, you can win the race without having to press Z like Jesus knows what.

...Most people just spam Z and get tired. I use items and can keep playing forever. Really.

Did you try out the Ocarina mode? (Yeah, in a way, I made an app and a game in one single program! O_o)

I still win with the "I" mode too.  It's harder but I have had one race where I won in like 4.5 seconds and have over 100,000 points, but I cannot recreate it for some reason.
