Resident Evil will support NVIDIA's new GeForce 3D vision technology. Playing in 3D will require 3D vision glasses.

XD, the new thing in the PC version is 3D which you need special, probably expensive ass glasses to even be able to use correctly.

Nice one failcom

I'd imagine it won't be integrated amazingly. It's a cool idea though, I think.

What does it matter for me anyway? Those damn 3D glasses don't seem to be compatible with my retinas ;___;

They never work for me either, but I think that's because I'm the slightest bit colourblind to blue in one eye and green in the other. Not enough for me to notice but I can when I quickly switch eyes.
Anyway, I don't really like the idea of "true 3D" graphics in games much. Why bother if the rest of the game's !@#$% anyway >_>?

I don't know what condition you have with your eyes.

You also have glasses that don't need red and green filters. They work with shutters, which is truely 3D. And it seems the Nvidia 3D vision goggles, work with this concept. Therefore it should work with every eye. Because it closes view for eye 1, while presenting the image for the eye 2 and then the shutters switches to the eye 2, while the screen of the eye 1 is shown. This happens so fast, that your brain makes it seem as if it is one fully 3D image. It should actually say 3D stereoscopic vision and just 3D.

Therefore colorblindness has no effect.

ON topic: The NVidia 3D Vision is cool, but I've never liked any of the Resident Evil games.

Well I guess if you can't solve the mystery, no one can. At any rate thanks for blatantly pointing out that there's something wrong with me. Y'know, when you're in the mood you can just call me whenever you want me to return the favour, I'll be hanging by the phone.

My apologies Hoffy, it wasn't my intend to insult you. But I don't have a medical degree. I was just wondering why 3D stereoscopic goggles aren't compatible with your retinas, as you stated yourself.

PS: if you want to return the favour go ahead.
