Need feedbacks and stuff

I finished programming the first companion today and boy does it work well. It'll attack a nearby enemy within a distance, will retreat to the player their hp<25%, uses abilities and will heal themselves and others. Though this isn't why Im here.

You know how many games have potions that recover everything (HP,MP,etc)?
How many of you actually use these potions?
If you do, please say when you use them. (HP<50% or if both MP and EP<25%, etc)

Im wanting to know as Im thinking whether or not to have them.

I usually only use potions when I'm at least down to 50% or around 25% health in combat. Otherwise I use healing abilities, but I always stock up so I can full heal my party when I think a boss is coming up or if my characters are low on health from a lot of battles.

I usually keep stocked up on potions, particularly if there's a boss battle around the corner.  The only type of potions I don't usually use are those that temporarily boost your stats.

It all depends on the difficulty of the game. In some games I don't use them at all. Some games I use them with boss fights and other games are difficult enough that I need to use every single one of them.

Depends on the game. Usually, I use potions when my healers are busy, or incapacitated. Or if I don't have any MP left. I generally stock up on Elixirs and such so I can full-heal if needed.
