Title: A powerful register script..

It's a powerful register script I've made in PHP/MySQL..

- You need to check the checkbox to be able to register (MIGHT "disable" bots and etc, might improve this later on aswell.)
- You can only register once! (per IP)
- And whatever a normal register script does. XD

It might not be as "powerful" as I think it is, but it's cool anyway. XD

If you got comments or just.. critics, (I guess?) feel free to post. :O Or if you got any bypasses/bugs that you find, feel free to share so I could fix. XD

I can't comment/criticize if I can't see the source :P Can you paste the code for me so I can rate how powerfull it is? :)

Edit: Anyways, is there a login? A register strip is none the less if there is no login ;)

Seems like someone had fun registering. XD And there's no login...yet.

I reg'd, but... 1 reg per IP? >.< No no no. What if one family seems to shares one computer? What if two computers in a household share an internet connection (thats the case with me and Drilly). That will never work out..

It seems like a basic registration engine. It'd work for some kind of affiliate registration/Advertising system. Like, put your Site name here, Affiliate button here, check this, done. But doesn't fit the member login thing, no One IP, no email system, 99.99% of things need an email to register, and then send an email. It's a good script, looks flawless, but a bit empty at the moment.

Yes yes, I'll add an email input which will be crazy too, so no worries! And the account Limit is pretty good imo, and I've never seen a "family" use a site together, unless it's been some newb who goes "ZOMG MY SISTER DID IT HER ACCOUNT IS ZOMGZOMG BAN HER LOLZ" just to get himself out of trouble for having 15165 accounts. xD

D:
You realise that the person who posted two posts before you said that he and his brother Drilly share the same Internet connection? And that Soapy and his sister register on some forums, that's two examples right there.
U Phail Thar.

What about schools or workplaces, where hundreds of computers may share an IP? What about people with dynamic IPs thus allowing them to re-register?

Generally cookies are best to identify a computer, and verifying an email is the best way to stop multiple accounts.

It's also a pretty simple task, writing a CAPTCHA function to generate a CAPTCHA image instead of the "check this box", which bots could bypass in an instant.
