yes ive found this recently and am wondering whos it is
its very useful
but in gamemaker 5.3a

Did you find it there or did you put that there? If you put it there, where'd you originally find it? That would be useful in finding the author

the is the wwfans engine but i think he is now called windy.

This engine is of very low quality actually, it's nowhere near great. I would not ercommend using this to learn.

may be cuz is old, but to be honest a few fixes and this could be even better than these engines out there (This one is missing stuff. I have another version of this engine and its better, this must be one of the first releases.)

I remember this, it actually helped me a little with a few things. It is from 2004 though...
