I wanted to read Fight Club but I never got around to it.  I even downloaded the audio book, but I lost that when I reformatted my hard drive.

:P those are still some of the worst movies ever with the exceptions of a couple...

I mean, sheesh. What about the ones that actually had cultural impact? Kill Bill vol 1 and 2 for example. That damned theme was used in EVERYTHING for like 2 years after it's release.

Rise of the silver surfer, I mean seriously? That sucked compared to other movies of the decade.
Why isn't Transformers and !@#$% up there. Get better nominations next time.

The whole decade MY ASS. More like the last two years.
I think the 90s had way better movies, real classics. Look at Pulp Fiction, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump. Ring any bells or are you still too caught up in your Avatar !@#$%?

I'm just saying, in my opinion movies used to be better and their quality is deteriorating as years go by. Maybe it was a lil off topic, I'll give you that.

Also, my point was that the nominated movies barely illustrate the whole decade at all, more like 08-09.
