Did you ever read a history book on the United States? At it's birth it was equal for all religion wise...Not color wise ,lol(slaves). But, in the religion aspect, you were completely free to worship whatever you were and be free from persecution. It ain't like that anymore. Persecution has just changed from government involvement, people making-fun-of others and their religion, etc...Everything just gets sugercoated today to it doesn't look as bad...

Right or wrong doesn't matter. In the end, yourself is who decides what is right and wrong. -- that and the law. But moral's and laws are a bit different. Logged

That, and country music... also Larry the Cable Guy. Having said that, I agree that ZFGC's members are all very opinionated. People in general are very opinionated, and it could even be argued that our opinions are what make us individuals. That can't really be helped. The thing that helps us become better individuals is trying to truly understand the opinions of others, (no matter how different they are from our own), without blindly ignoring them and proclaiming them to be wrong. Empathy is the one thing that can truly make the world a better place, but is also something that is all but non-existent on a global scale. ZFGC is no different. Logged
