Im not going to give a link to it, but download a rom called "Super Kaizo World". It took me roughly 6 hours to beat 8 levels. No !@#$% joke...

not seen these videos yet (will in a second)
but "evil rom heck"....

on this japanese video site i often go to, there's been about 10 videos (10 levels) of someone playign through the MOST insane super mario world edits i've ever seen in my life. but man is that player skilled as hell (and its also very hilarious)

thing is, you need to register to view videos there and nce you do you can only view videos at a certain time of the day until after some time.

i'll see if i can find them on yotube though...

edit: these videos here are nothing in comparison :P

its similar, but not the one i was after :/
you can easily seen other videos of awesomeness like this on the related videos etc

Haha that's what I thought too! Anyways I saw this last summer but it's still funny XD.
I was kind of disappointed when I found out the guy just did a voice over instead of playing it though.

Having played this romhack myself, I can indeed confirm that it is hard as HECK to get through.  The ONLY way I was able to finish it was from using NES DS and its "rewind with the L button" feature.  I rewound an average of 20 times for each obstacle.  Oh, and I had to wall-hax to get through some areas (while on a moving platform, hit left and right repeatedly to go right through a wall)

Note that at 5:30 if he had timed it perfectly he could have gotten the mushroom and broken a block up above to skip the rest of the level.  Then at the beginning of level 2, if you're still big, you can do the same thing at the very beginning with the trampoline to skip 90% of the level.

Level 3 is freaking easy, though level 4 is nearly impossible.  You have to get two platforms moving at the same time and jump between them to get around walls and crap.  Bowser's fireballs move at around 100 mph too.

As for the video, I love it.  His accent is amazing, making it awesomely funny.
