This is something I started last week and have been working on off-and-on since, and will probably never finish. Basically, it allows you to compile and edit LimeWire skins in one easy-to-use application instead of having to open a program then close a program every 7 or so seconds. As of now, I'm simply messing around with the interface and all, so don't expect to make your own Zelda inspired LimeWire skin right away. In fact, the interface is what I want you to comment on. Make suggestions, as well.
