I would like to say that I read it from its original source but came across it when watching the music video for Sepultura's Roots Bloody Roots.

Otherwise I really like the opening passage to Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Friedrich Nietzsche. The whole passage for War and Warriors chapter is also one of my favorites. And even though it is a TV edit, I like the Die Hard quote of "Yippie Ki-Yay Mr. Falcon" because it makes me think of Captain Falcon.
