Yes!  I was hoping this would get translated!

It is a real book, and a must have for Zelda fans.  I imported a japanese copy a while back, and it's worth it even just for the pictures.  It's full of official artwork from the entire series all the way back to the first game.  There are even unused alternate designs for many characters, items, places, and even Link himself.

It has been for about a year, when it came out in Japan around SS's release.

Genre: art, coffee table, popular culture
what? rofl

I'm really wondering if I should finally get this or not, considering that I just found that if I probably wait long enough (it seems to be out of stock everywhere) I can get it quite a bit cheaper than I first thought.

It has been for about a year, when it came out in Japan around SS's release.

Oh, well that's cool. I kinda stopped keeping updated on Zelda info around that time, so I guess I'm just out of the loop. I'm a bit curious what the official timeline says though. I remember some massive debating over it.

Anyway, book looks cool, might get it might not. I'd like the manga and the history of Hyrule, but I'm not sure those are worth $35 to me. :/

1. You can find descriptions of the timeline everywhere online. I found the Zelda wiki has a very well-done explanation of the whole thing.
2. Preorder on Amazon and it's only $20.

Indeed, but if you're not a fan of split timeline theory you'll be disappointed.  Still worth the money even if you're not though.

Yeah, I thought of this one, but I'm still 14, and I don't know another way of getting ordered online, except of gettig my parents credit card (and they'll say no).
