Wii release date and price!!!!

Europe:
Date: 8th December 2006
Price: ???249,95,-

Virtual console and other prices are probably the same but in euros.

USA:
Date: 19th of November 2006
Price: $249,99,-

It comes with Wiimote, nunchuck, AC adapter, audio/video cable, sensor bar, sensor bar stand, Wii console stand and two batteries for the mote.
And it comes with Wii Sports....

Virtual Console prices:

$/??? 5 for NES
$/??? 8 for SNES and
$/??? 10 for N64

Wii games only     $/??? 50
Wii Mote               $/??? 40
Nunchuck             $/??? 20
Classic Controller  $/??? 20

And many amazing features. Wii is more than a gaming console. Read the article for more. :D

Its going to be a media machine, with photos, mailboxes, internet brower, customize your internet avatar with many features.

I just don't like the part about using batteries for the mote :/

Almost everything else is great about Wii though. I'm so getting it.

BEST CONSOLE AROUND! Go Nintendo! A tad expensiv, so I'm saving up.

Gamcube version delayed until December 11th :D

Probably to boost Wii sales...pretty smart.

I didn't see the Release date anywhere. And WTF, bateries? I'm going to rig mine to be rechargable.

Smart move yes, bad move for everyone who isn't Nintendo.

Especially people like me who will never buy wii TP

OMG, I actually FORGOT to put in the launch date....whahaha! Oh well it was in the IGN article. But I included it.
Batteries are just so you can start right away. Im gonna buy 4 rechargables so I can play with 2 and charge 2 in the meantime.
