All ya've gotta do is go into your profile- and then Personal Messages Options, and your ignore list is there ^_^ just start typin' away names

If it blocked posts, that would be REALLY confusing. I think you can live with seeing the blocked person's posts.

just as confusing when a mod deletes a post, and that's not very confusing.
you could have it display a message in place of a blocked member's post to minimize any confusion

Just don't read the users post. Simple enough. If things get way out of hand, then work your problems out, either directly with them or through an admin/moderator. There really should be no reason why you should have to ignore a user completely.
