So it turns out that Kame's reputation has not much to do with a personal aversion against you, .TakaM, but he has a different sense of humor and a different comprehension of what is funny and what not. And he is intended to tell you what he likes on your artwork and what not (regardless of whether you appreciate it or not). :)

LET'S ALL BE FRIENDS.

And let's put this to an end. It's getting off-topic.

Well, like I said, i'd like to see these smilies up here now,  now that I've seen them in use, i think they work quite well. The emotions are clearer and more understandable than the Link ones. And the defaults, which is what I use. :P

I've noticed that too, he only says "Woah, nice sprite" if he's commenting on a reeeally crappy sprite. >_>;

so, does that mean mine are crappy?!?!? OMG!!?!
whoa, spammy.

Anyway, I like both sets. I like the Link ones because, well...it's Link.

I liek the others because they're excellently sprited.

True, since Zorafan's have less "face" room to work with, it's harder to tell the expression, but even with yours Taka it's difficult to differentiate between some of them at first glance.  For instance, I'm running at 1280x1024 resolution, and if I were to merely glance at these four:

I would be unable to easily tell which one is being used, especially with the last three.

They're still good, and I can tell you spent a while making them, but I don't think they're the perfect solution.

What do you mean I need a life?  =P  Hm... Lives... Isn't that something that you get in Super Mario Bros?  You know, those green mushrooms?  That's a life, right?

No, I do seriously think yours are great. They have a nice style. I tend to go easier on newbies or those who are new to spriting since I know (from experience XD) that people are more sensitive when they are just starting out. I prefer to encourage people to get better than risk them being overwhelmed by negative responses and taking them the wrong way.
